Village Idiot is a favorite among the people of Columbia for reasons other than their pizza. Their comfortable, laidback atmosphere has been bringing smiling faces in for 30 years!

This pizza joint was opened back in 1990 by three friends from New Jersey who called themselves “the village idiots.” The name was a big hit, and so was their pizza. Over the last three decades, they have expanded to three locations, their home spot in Five Points, one restaurant in the Olympia neighborhood and one in Forest Acres.

Crowds and customers are always packing out the restaurant, but Wednesday nights are the most popular. Every Wednesday at 8 p.m., Village Idiot holds a trivia night — the perfect opportunity to show off those random trivia facts you’ve picked up over the years and to have some friendly competition with your friends!
